Our Motivation
We all have a passion. Meat and fire are ours. Everything from low and slow whole hog, to blazing hot wood fired steaks. Every ounce of love that we have goes into our food. We never take any shortcuts- everything is done the right way. We only use local hardwood. All of our rubs and sauces are handmade and have been perfected over the years.
